In 2021 we sourced Grenache from the beautiful Shenandoah Valley AVA in Plymouth, CA. This is the second vintage we have made from a very small and young vineyard! In 2021 we sourced Grenache from the beautiful Shenandoah Valley AVA in Plymouth, CA. This is the second vintage we have made from a very small and young vineyard! This time we decided to make a small batch of Rosé from this Grenache and with a small amount of grape skin contact we produced a very light Rosé in a "vin gris style" that we are very happy with!
Along with this Rosé we made a few barrels of red wine from the same Grenache. This wine is for Pinot Noir lovers. Incredible balanced flavors, bright and semi-tart fruit punch with a touch of nut meg.
